You do not need to apply to jobs every day. Spend the week finding roles worth your time and save them as Pending with the Seedling extension. No resume tweaking. On Monday, review your Seedling Job Board. Half the jobs you saved are closed because they were never real. Another 10% show a poor match because you missed a requirement buried in the description: "You need to live within 25 miles of Topeka, Kansas." Our ranking algorithm caught it.

- All week: save the good ones. Browse as usual. When a job earns your attention, use the Seedling extension to save it as Pending. Keep moving until you have a shortlist worth attacking.
- Monday morning: spool the batch. Send the whole shortlist at once—all five jobs on our Casual plan or up to 40 on Looking for Work. Seedling creates a resume aimed at every posting.
- Monday afternoon: go apply. Work through the finished resumes in one focused session. No rewriting between forms. No losing momentum to formatting. The Seedling extension includes autofill for common fields, tested with several major ATS vendors.
- The rest of the week: field calls. Let the applications work while you interview, follow up, and start saving next Monday's shortlist.

Every run has a startup cost: your profile, work history, base resume, and our instructions must reach the models before they can write anything useful. Batch multiple jobs together, and that shared context stays cached—and nearly free.
Caching never makes the resumes generic. Each job still gets its own analysis and rewrite. It simply stops us from charging you repeatedly for context the models already know.
That's why we list the usage limit as a range: 27–40 applications. The top number assumes one weekly batch. The bottom number assumes three: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Start a batch as often as you want; your credits will simply deplete faster.
